We want to change the way you think about a burger…We want you to eat a delicious, crafted burger and ACTUALLY feel good about it afterward. We want you to enjoy a meal crafted with fresh, local, regional and homegrown ingredients. We grill our burgers over an open flame to give them the flavor you deserve and want. We make our sauces, condiments, and toppings in house with no corn syrup, additives, or preservatives.

We are crafting a better burger. We are giving you the opportunity to craft your own creation or choose one of our chef composed burgers. We offer grass-fed, antibiotic-free beef . We make our veggie burgers from scratch, in house, with a ridiculous amount of vegetables, grains, and legumes. Our chicken is organic. And we have a lovely garden on premises that provides us with fresh herbs, greens, and other delicious vegetables.

We are proud to be environmentally conscious and strive to have as low an impact on the environment as possible. We use sustainable, local, and regional ingredients, we compost, we recycle, and we use environmentally friendly cleaning products and low wattage LED lighting.
